By accessing and playing Sedaria, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Sedaria for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Account Responsibilities

In-game items and virtual currency are licensed to you for use in Sedaria only. You have no ownership claim over virtual items or currency, and they may be modified, restricted, or removed by Sedaria at any time, particularly if you violate these Terms.

All purchases in Sedaria are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.

Sedaria and all of its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Sedaria, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Sedaria immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Sedaria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the game's operation or the information, content, materials, or products included on Sedaria.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sedaria be liable to you for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses whatsoever including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, data, or use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sedaria is operated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Sedaria following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
